Synergine partnered with Auckland Transport to provide ongoing support to the Walking, Cycling and Safety workstreams. A variety of tools and methods have been developed in conjunction with the various teams to support the planning, prioritisation and development of annual work programmes to optimise decision-making, team communication and workstream integration.   

 

Bespoke tools have provided budget and timeline views for portfolio’s, enabling a rapid high-level understanding of the programme’s status, ensuring adequate planning timeframes are followed, and tracking spend to date against planned costs for each project is transparent and readily available.    

 

The Synergine team has also supported a series of workshops and planning sessions, both with team leaders and with the wider teams, helping them to shape their overall direction through developing processes, objectives and principles designed to optimise their programme delivery.
