Synergine was engaged to project manage and document the final stage of option investigations, defining details and decision making for two large community facility project for the Kaipatiki and Rodney Local Board One Local Initiatives using the Better Business Case development process and in adherence to the Auckland Council Investment Delivery Framework. The proposed approach to undertake the business case development was delivered via a five-stage methodology.
