Synergine’s engagement with Charles Ma began with a mutual belief that creating great cities and urban form is done through human-centric design. By collecting and analysing a wide range of metrics to provide a holistic evidence base for community and city development, Synergine used a combination of strategy inception and diagnostic analysis to optimise the social, economic, environmental and cultural aspects of the development. 

Using this information, along with international best practice, our experienced team of professional engineers, designers, urban planners and social practitioners were able to run simulations to support design and planning assertions and shape Auranga in a way that enhanced Charles Ma’s vision for the site.
