Project Controls and Reporting is an integral piece of work to provide visibility, and effective communication tools for governance meetings and organisational wide stakeholder management.
Synergine provided support to the Programme Controls Office (PCO) at Kāinga Ora for planning and management on a variety of projects, including Primavera P6 reporting and management of data. Support was also required for implementation of new process mapping and streamlining of information, as part of the PCO documentation establishment. Working in collaboration with various teams across Kāinga Ora, Synergine became the subject matter expert in governance and reporting.
